We at Anise Health, Inc. value your privacy and are committed to keeping your personal information confidential. We work closely with medical groups to deliver clinical services, including Anise Health Psychiatry, P.C., Culture Care Medical, P.C., and Anise Health, P.A. This Privacy Policy describes the privacy practices of this consolidated group of affiliated entities (“Anise Health,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and how we handle personal information that we collect through our website, app, and any other sites or services that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Service” or “Services”). Note that sometimes we receive information from and share information among the Anise Health entities.

Additionally, please note that some of the services we provide are governed by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”). When we provide services covered by HIPAA, you will receive a separate HIPAA privacy notice (“ Notice of Privacy Practices” ), which will govern the collection, use and disclosure of your protected health information. To the extent there are inconsistencies between the Notice of Privacy Practices you receive and this Privacy Policy, the Notice of Privacy Practices will govern.
